REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
PUBLIC ART FOR 50TH STREET STATION – LIGHT RAIL PROJECT

Valley Metro Rail, Inc. requests interested parties to submit Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) for Artist Services for the 50th Street Station Light Rail Project.

Scope of Services: Valley Metro is looking for an experienced artist who will work with the community to create a unique and impactful, signature artwork for the 50th Street Station. The artist shall work with the Ability360 Center located at 5025 East Washington Street, Phoenix.

Budget: $250,000

Pre-Submittal Conference: A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. (Phoenix time) at 101 North 1st Avenue, Suite 1300, Phoenix, Arizona 85003.

Submission Date/Time: Monday, April 25, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. (Phoenix time). Submittals received after the specified time will not be accepted.

The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) documents will be available for downloading on or about Thursday, March 31, 2016. Interested firms may log in and download the RFQ documents at Valley Metro’s third party bidding site, http://ebidexchange.com\valleymetro.
