Grand Avenue and Roosevelt Row Arts Districts – First Friday

Walk the arts districts on the First Friday of each month.  Visit the art galleries, restaurants, bars and boutiques along with street art displays in the Grand Avenue and Roosevelt Row arts districts.  This year marks the 30th anniversary of First Friday!

The monthly First Fridays art walk has grown to become one of the largest monthly art walks in the United States. With many venues open free to the public each month, First Fridays has succeeded in bringing people back to downtown Phoenix. The event sees anywhere from 14-20,000 visitors monthly and grows each year.

Children’s Museum of Phoenix is FREE on First Friday!

Join Children’s Museum of Phoenix on the first Friday of each month when they open to the public free of charge from 5:00PM to 9:00PM.  Free First Friday Nights is part of the Museum’s Every Child Program, which seeks to ensure that all children in our community, along with their families, will be able to play and learn at the Museum regardless of their ability to pay.

Admission to the Phoenix Art Museum is also FREE on First Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
